Instead of serving rice, on this particular night... I decided to entertain with ORZO (the other pasta product :)
RECIPE:
Orzo
salt
peper
olive oil
1/4 c frozen peas
1/4 c frozen corn
arugala
Prepare orzo per package instructions. Drain.
Pour orzo onto baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Cook both peas and corn per package instruction.
Mix remaining ingredients into a large bowl and add orzo.
Serve.

Orzo sounds yummy with corn and peas!
Those are some very Irish looking colours you've got there in that dish - it's like an Irish tri-colour, green, white and gold!
Orzo. Another thing on the list to make soon. Happy to see it doesn't take a lot of ingredients to spice it up.
